The last of three recipes from our friend Terri. Very delicious!
Naomi's Chicken Salad
1-6 ounce can water chestnuts, sliced
2 cups celery, sliced
1 1/2 lbs seedless grapes
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 tsp. curry powder (or a little less if you prefer)
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 cups mayonnaise
Mix well and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves, bread, crackers, tortillas or alone.
